Why tenant verification is important
Source: Millow Property Research.
Avoid unpaid rent
Credit and court checks reveal payment history and past disputes.
Confirm real identity
Aadhaar, PAN and other IDs are checked against official sources.
Protect your property
Know who occupies your home and keep a verified record.
Court Record
Publicly available and digitized court/criminal records are used, along with our search and AI-enabled matching algorithms, to identify whether there is a match between a candidate’s information (such as name, father’s name, and address) and the information available in court records. This is an authentic process and is commonly used in India for employee background checks by corporates.
Is this verification the same as police verification?
No, this verification is not a substitute for police verification. Police verification is not an instant process and may require more documentation, as well as a visit by the candidate to the police station. The process may vary depending on state jurisdiction. If required by law or local regulations, we encourage you to apply for police verification as well, or ask the candidate to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
