Trust Scores displayed on RealEstateIQ are indicative assessments, not definitive judgments about project quality or reliability. They serve as data-driven insights based on information available from official RERA portals.

Users are advised not to rely solely on these scores for any property purchase or investment decision. We strongly recommend:

• Personally inspecting project sites.
• Verifying all details directly with official RERA authorities.

3. Data Accuracy and Freshness

We strive to present the most accurate and current data possible. However:

• All project information originates from government RERA databases, which may contain errors or incomplete records.

• Each project page includes a "Data as of" timestamp, reflecting the most recent extraction or update date.

5. Builder and Promoter Review Process

If you are a builder, promoter, or authorized representative and believe that your Trust Score or project data is inaccurate, you may request a review.

Please contact us with:

• Your RERA registration number.
• A detailed description of the data points you believe require correction.
• Supporting documentation or official RERA filings.

Once received, we will verify the claim and respond within 72 business hours with our review outcome or next steps.

6. Prohibited Uses

By using RealEstateIQ, you agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site.
• Use Trust Scores for harassment, defamation, or coercion of builders, homebuyers, or agents.
• Misrepresent RealEstateIQ's scores as official RERA ratings or government certifications.
• Employ automated tools (e.g., bots or crawlers) to access the Service beyond standard browsing.
• Use content or algorithms from RealEstateIQ for commercial resale without explicit written consent.

Unauthorized use may lead to IP blocking or legal action under applicable cyber and data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealEstateIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty.

We are not liable for any decisions, transactions, or financial outcomes based on data or scores published on our platform. Under no circumstance shall RealEstateIQ, its team, or affiliates be responsible for any:
